Yes! My Life Does Matter
Our children’s lives matter! Protests that have been sweeping across the United States and rallying cries of “Black Lives Matter,” require us all to confront race and racism. This book of images is to inspire youth of color to live and share their TRUTH! It is my prayer that they will continue to reach for the highest aspirations and deal with the cries of racism by first examining themselves and listening to those whose lives are different from their own. I pray they all will have the strength for the journey that lies ahead. Appropriate for all grade levels.
